in the insurance placement services industry. Our standard contract
includes the following provisions:

30-day
money-back guarantee.
We actually escrow the placement fee, and if a candidate
is terminated for any reason within 30 days of hire, the
full placement fee is returned immediately to the employer.
- 120-day
replacement guarantee. If a candidate is terminated
for any reason after 30 days but within 120 days of hire,
we will replace the candidate at no additional cost to the
employer.
- Written
nonsolicitation guarantee.
Harmony Recruiting Solutions does not solicit the employees
of its clients. And we put it in writing.
Note that our guarantees may be modified to suit individual employer needs and circumstances.
